Our Balinese Cooking Class begins at the local morning market, where you will select fresh ingredients alongside your instructor, learning to identify the tropical herbs, spices, and vegetables that form the backbone of Balinese cuisine.

Back in the kitchen, you will prepare a traditional Balinese meal — from scratch, with your own hands and then, most importantly, eat it.
